High: Damaged fishing pier reopens

About 100 feet of Ocean City's famous fishing pier was torn into the ocean when Hurricane Sandy hit last October, and the footage was gut-wrenching to watch at the time. But the town escaped with relatively little damage and the fishing pier was repaired and reopened in time for the season.
