Picking those first three players was easy. Choosing the final two was much trickier. I give Suggs the nod over fellow defenders <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT000736" title="Peter Boulware" href="/topic/sports/peter-boulware-PESPT000736.topic">Peter Boulware</a>, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT004814" title="Michael McCrary" href="/topic/sports/michael-mccrary-PESPT004814.topic">Michael McCrary</a> and Haloti Ngata because of his longevity -- he is the franchise leader in sacks -- and because his play during his pinnacle of his career, the 2011 season in which he was named the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year, was higher than that of the other guys.
