Offensive guard Bobbie Williams has struggled mightily since being signed to a two-year, $2.29 million contract that included an $800,000 signing bonus. He dealt with swelling in his surgically repaired right ankle and was replaced by Ramon Harewood, who had never started an NFL game before.
Since regaining his starting job, his lack of quickness has been obvious with two sacks allowed on consecutive plays when Texans defensive lineman Antonio Smith did his best Michael Phelps impression with two crisp swim moves.
Honorable mention: Inside linebacker Jameel McClain hasn't been an impact player since being re-signed to a $10.5 million contract this offseason and had just four tackles as Ray Lewis' replacement against the Texans.
