Maybe it was a good omen for the Ravens that Bryant McKinnie didn't practice on the first full day of training camp because he was overweight. The same thing happened last season when the Ravens started training camp with a makeshift offensive line. On Thursday, the Ravens started Kelechi Osemele at left tackle, Jah Reid at left guard, Gino Gradkowski at center, Ramon Harewood at right guard and Michael Oher at right tackle. That line might be serviceable during the regular season, but it wouldn't get the Ravens far in the post season. McKinnie, though, will return soon as well as right guard Marshal Yanda (shoulder). The biggest question is how well the small Gradkowski will hold up against big nose guards.
