The Ravens' starting cornerback was picked on regularly by Tom Brady, targeted often enough that he wound up with 10 solo tackles. The Browns' receiving corps is far from formidable, but Greg Little has some ability to get deep. The Browns will miss Mohamed Massaquoi, who's ruled out for this game with an injury. Williams is capable of playing better than he has so far, but he hasn't regained his form from last season when he started every game. Offseason surgery on his right hip to repair a torn labrum sidelined him for nearly all of the minicamps and organized team activities, and Williams was targeted throughout the preseason, having trouble with standout wide receivers Julio Jones and Calvin Johnson. The Ravens need better performances out of Williams, and playing against the Browns could upgrade his confidence.
