Jake Arrieta and Chris Tillman (pictured) continue to struggle with pitch efficiency, running up big pitch counts in the early innings and exiting games too early to preserve the bullpen. That would be a real problem if the Orioles weren't finding ways to stay in those games and win most of them. Even with Tillman's loss to the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday night and the fact that he and Arrieta have a combined 6.21 ERA, the O's are 4-2 in their six starts.
