(Nov. 23, 2011)  The senior quarterback led Maryland Christian with six touchdowns in the two-game National HomeSchool Football tournament as the Saints repeated as national champions Saturday in Panama City, Fla. DiPaola, 6-feet-4, 224 pounds, scored the game-winning touchdown on a 7-yard run in the 14-7 rain-swept title-game victory over the Blue Angels from Dallas. In the semifinal, a 42-6 win over Lighthouse Christian from Missouri, he was 9-for-12 passing for 208 yards and five touchdowns. At middle linebacker, he made 17.5 tackles and had two interceptions in the two games. DiPaola led the Saints (10-3) to their third Mid-Atlantic Christian Conference title in four years the weekend before the national tournament.
