Amy Perry spent 20 years rising through the ranks of a hospital in Miami Beach, but she always had her eye out for the big prize: head honcho of a major hospital. She got her wish this spring when she was named president of Sinai Hospital in Northwest Baltimore. She will also play a role in looking to grow LifeBridge Health, Sinai's parent company. Perry said she has a collaborative leadership style and talks about her job from a team perspective. "I am a basic common-sense kind of leader," she said. "I always try to do the right thing for the organization."
