The Women With Wine networking group - with a smattering of male guests - gathered at Spirits of Mt. Vernon for an evening of wine tasting and raising money for Zoolander Bill, a French mastiff who was abandoned near the Baltimore Zoo, and was discovered to have a serious heart problem, possibly requiring surgery. "Zoo" dropped by the party with Debra Howard and Jim Buckler, who are fostering him through the American Bulldog Rescue program.
