Sarah Lo, 18, may have been in the audience at the MICA Annual Benefit Fashion Show, but this MICA fibers major had enough style to be on stage herself. The New York City native showed off what she calls her "grungy/edgy/punk" style with a black cotton strapless dress that featured a sheer inset, which she picked up on a trip to Hong Kong. Under that, she wore a black H&M tube skirt. She ramped up the look of her black knit Forever 21 motocross jacket by adding the safety pin decoration herself. The MICA freshman found her garter belt on eBay and her thigh-high stockings at Target. Her buckled black Bamboo booties were from zooshoo.com. Lo likes to add a tough edge - like leather, spikes or chain accents - to feminine looks. "It sometimes keeps the boys away. But, it's fun to mess around with people," she said with a laugh.
