Jane Shock-Osborn, 55, purposefully put together an outfit to fit the spirit of Mount Vernon's annual Flower Mart. The Mayfield resident went to her job as human resources manager for the Maryland Transit Administration in a Chanel-style black-piped white Doncaster cardigan she found at the Nearly New Thrift shop at St. David's Church over a tan, white and black patterned shift from venus.com. She paired them with nude leather pointy-toe T-strap Enzo Angiolini pumps from the old C-Mart. Then, she added the fun for the Flower Mart -- a leopard print patent leather bag that she bought on a trip to Curacao and a black mesh fascinator that she found at a hat and wig shop on the corner of Lexington and Liberty streets. "I kept it in the office, waiting for Flower Mart," she said. When it comes to her style, Shock-Osborn describes it as "anything goes...whenever you say something [looks like] too much, that means it's just right."
