Howard County high school culinary student representing Maryland put on the finishing touches on their first course, Shrimp, Scallop & Lump Crab Ceviche, during the 2013 National ProStart Invitational. The competition at the Marriott Waterfront offers $1.4 million in scholarships toward continued education in culinary and restaurant management.
