Note: This version subs the rice (pictured) with lentils, which the restaurant does by request. The Helmand was growing its own produce before anyone dreamed that it would become a trend. No one speaks of the Helmand as a health-food restaurant, but it is. The food is clean, wholesome and always delicious.
