You can't beat a good biscuit. Blacksauce Kitchen changes the menu of biscuit sandwiches every week but there's always a good vegetarian choice. On opening week of the 2013 season, they were biscuits filled with smoked pork belly, cider braised chicken and roasted mushroom gravy. Look for the Blacksauce gang in the parking lot across from the main oval.
