Songstress Shakira reveals all her beauty tips and strategies for getting back into shape post-pregnancy in the April issue of Women's Health. "The Voice" judge is on the cover, which is the magazine's annual beauty issue featuring more than 100 expert beauty tips. In the issue, Shakira talks about her new album and how she achieved her post-baby body. "I try to eat healthy and I try to exercise," she says. "Not only going to the gym, because sometimes I do get tired of working out, the gym, the treadmill, the stuff that all women dread. So I recently decided to just do sports, because they're so much fun and they accomplish the same purpose, which is ultimately to keep you fit." Shakira says she varies her routine with everything from roller skating to basketball. "Variety is so important," she says. "Keep it new, keep it fresh."
