In only her second college start, Duryea made 11 saves and stopped a free-position shot with five seconds left in the game to secure an 11-10 win at Georgetown on Saturday. The rookie, who had played in only three of the Duke's previous six games, played all 60 minutes against the No. 8 Hoyas, who outshot the No. 5 Blue Devils 33-15. A member of the U.S. team that won the under-19 world championship in 2011, Duryea was rated the No. 1 goalie in the Class of 2012 by ESPNHS last year. She has an 11.2 goals-against average and a .525 save percentage.
