Tierra Dorsey's fashion mantra is, "Keep it classic; keep it simple." We thought the 43-year-old Reisterstown resident was a classic herself when we "glimpsed" her on her lunchbreak at the annual Network 2000 Luncheon at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. The development director for the department of surgery at the University of Maryland School Medicine wore a gray cotton knit sleeveless Julia Taylor dress that featured a ruffled neckline, that she'd found at Marshalls. She'd jazzed it up with a gray, white and black leopard print cotton Charter Club jacket from Macy's. She'd added black tights and pointy toe buckled pumps from the Anne Klein store. Pops of color came in a purple double strand necklace she'd purchased at a Reisterstown boutique and a raspberry Coach carry-all. "My husband bought this for me." Dorsey's fashion secret turns out to be her husband. "He buys all my bags. He's good at it."
