Charm City's visual artists have never colored within the lines. Largely because of the constant flow of talented students who graduate every year from the Maryland Institute College of Art, the sheer quantity of cutting-edge galleries and innovative artworks available locally frequently out-competes the offerings found in larger and richer cities. -- Mary McCauley "Geolocation" prints by Nate Larson and Marni Shindelman These prints are eloquent short stories in 140 characters, tiny tone poems that pair tweets with photographs of the specific location from which each image was taken. Larson teaches at MICA, and Shindelman is an artist based in Georgia. Each limited-edition print costs $1,400. Artist site: natelarson.com.
