Sean Evans, 30, is as adept at combining distinctive pieces from his wardrobe as he is at juggling his variety of jobs. We "glimpsed" the Essex resident at Montgomery Park, where he works as a fiscal account clerk at the Maryland State Lottery. But Evans also goes to school part-time, studying homeland security, and maintains part-time jobs at Express and Aldo. No matter where he's working, he's also working his style, that's "a little bit urban and a little bit goth." On this particular day, he was sporting a deep red military button-down modern fit shirt and black and red striped rep tie from Express, with a rubberized gray canvas vest and gray plaid skinny chinos -- both from the Guess store. His studded glittery red patent leather belt and cuff bracelets came from Hot Topic. And he found his fabulous metal-toed black, red and white patent leather cowboy boot-style Xuela loafers on eBay. Evans says one of his fashion icons, Lady Gaga, inspires him to take his style to new levels. "I try to mix it up ... I've got a bazillion outfits. And I can work it."
