Every now and then, the Spa On The Avenue -- located on The Avenue in White Marsh -- has a "Dress Down Day." Employees are allowed to break the usual black and white dress code by donating five dollars to a fund that goes to charity. For stylist Katelyn Kimmel, 25, that means an opportunity to indulge her "preppy classic" style. On this particular "Dress Down Day," the Bel Air resident sported a slate silk spaghetti strap tunic from Forever 21 with a pair of white wide leg pants from victoriassecret.com. Her tan cage platform slides were Charlotte Russe purchases. Her necklace featured an "A" engraved charm ("that's my boyfriend's first initial") and a citrine pendant from nashelle.com. She bought her gold hoop earrings and gold bangles at Express. But, her major fashion passion is something usually tucked away in her work cabinet. Today, it was a black quilted leather Bebe handbag she nabbed on eBay. "Handbags are definitely my thing; the bigger the better."
