Jessica Atkins, 32, may have closed her Federal Hill shop -- Couture Closet -- over a year ago, but her fabulous sense of style has not gone anywhere. When she came to the Enoch Pratt Free Library for the Pratt Contemporaries' Trivia Night, the Federal Hill resident sported several pieces she's collected in her business as a private fashion consultant, supplying limited-edition runway clothes to celebrity stylists, collectors and museums. That's how she got her ca. 1995 red, canvas and leather Prada platform shoes and her black pleated Dolce & Gabbana pencil skirt. But, before you call Atkins a fashion elitist, you should know the black camisole came from Babe and the black lace hoodie from Forever 21. Atkins loves to mix pieces from different sides of the fashion spectrum, calling her style "a super-whimsical cross between fairy princess and hobo."
