Rachel Freedman, 40, has more than a sparkle in her eye as she hits the Prime Rib for dinner with her husband. The Reisterstown resident shimmers in a beaded and sequined black dress from Express, to which she's added a silver beaded belt with rhinestone buckle from White House/Black Market. She's streamlined the look with black tights and black suede stiletto boots from the Guess store. This attorney -- who works at the Law Offices of Michael Freedman -- has added more shine with a Juicy Couture crystal heart pendant from Nordstrom, a black enamel and crystal ring from Caché, and a matter silver snakeskin patterned back with a black scroll overlay from White House/Black Market. Those two stores are among the faves for this "trendy" fashionista, who takes her height -- 4-foot-10-inches -- in account when she's putting outfits together. "I like fitted silhouettes, and mini-dresses and high boots. I look for things that can make me look taller."
