Stacy Leigh, 24, may have been working behind the scenes at the Charm City Fashion Show as a freelance make-up artist, but the Joppa resident deserved a bit of the spotlight for her "urban rocker" style at The 8x10. The Charm City Make Up owner wore a coffee tank over a brown camisole. "One was from Forever 21," she says. "The other was from Love Culture. I can't remember which was which." She also got her skinny jeans at Love Culture. Leigh added edge with a Wet Seal denim vest, a Forever 21 gold cuff and a brass plaque and cord necklace that was a hand-me-down from her grandmother -- think 1970's. The natural leather biker boots are longtime residents of her closet...as are a few close "relatives." "Most of my outfits revolve around my shoes, which are usually boots," she says, "High, low, heeled and flat."
