Angelesia West of East Baltimore admires a Christmas gift for her daughter, Monica, outside Dunbar Middle School from Bea Gaddy and her army of "elves." City families in need received food, clothing, toys and stuffed animals that had been donated. The Petting Zoo distribution center in Glen Burnie donated more than 3,000 stuffed animals to the cause.
