Samantha Tabler, 22, joined friends at RA Sushi to celebrate her 23rd birthday. The Catonsville resident indulged her "modern/trendy and girly" sensibilities, wearing an outfit she bought just for that evening. The Bertamini's Hair Studio hairstylist wore a floral printed black chiffon Lauren Conrad tunic from Kohl's with skinny jeans she also found at the store. Her black suede wedge desert boots were Target finds. Her vintage black McCulley's blazer (which came with a matching pencil skirt) was a hand-me-down from a client. She purchased her beige leather satchel at H&M, and her silver hoop earrings at Forever 21. Her Michael Kors watch was a gift.
