The San Alfonso del Mar seaside resort in Algarrobo, Chile, has a huge lagoon that has been named the world's largest swimming pool by the Guinness World Records. The pool measures 3,323 feet long and covers 20 acres. Phelps could finally be a small fish in a big pond.
