Everyone keeps talking about what a remarkable job Schwartz has done rebuilding Lions franchise. But the world "rebuilding" barely covers it. What Schwartz has performed in Detroit probably should qualify as an exorcism. To change the culture of losing that has haunted that organization is remarkable. All that said, this is still a team of undisciplined hot heads. Seattle and Oakland are the only teams that have committed more penalties this year. Schwartz is a good guy, and he's going to be a good coach, but at some point, it's fair to point out it doesn't seem like a random coincidence that he was Albert Haynesworth's defensive coordinator when Haynesworth stomped on Andre Gurode's head, and he was Ndamukong Suh head coach when Suh stomped on Evan Dietrich-Smith's arm.
