9. Charlotte Hornets: Gary Harris (SG, Michigan State)

The Hornets (formerly known as the Bobcats) have established that Kemba Walker is their point guard of the future. But he definitely needs some shooters around him, and Harris could help fill that void. Harris steadily progressed in his two years at Michigan State and averaged 16.7 points per game this past season. Charlotte already has Walker, a solid small forward in Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and a dominant veteran big man in Al Jefferson. Harris could simply add to the team's crop of talented young players.
