Wit & Wisdom at the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore hosts a beer-and-wine dinner in the form of a competition between the restaurant's lead bartender, Aaron Joseph, and its advanced sommelier, Julie Dalton. The two will present rival pairings throughout a four-course menu designed by the restaurant's executive chef Zack Mills. Neither Joseph nor Dalton will have access to the menu until just before the dinner. After a post-dinner chat, attendees will vote for who they think paired the courses better. The cost is $100.
