January 1966

A foot and a half of snow fell on Maryland in 24 hours in late January 1966. Gusty winds up to 50 mph closed roads, shut down Friendship Airport (now Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport) and piled up to the roof of this Lutherville home.
