Worth revisiting?

On the day after Halloween, a few friends and I went to some old staples of the Baltimore nightlife scene, only to be reminded reputations don't excuse poor service. At Idle Hour in Riverside, our bartender rolled his eyes at our every request, and we even heard him tell a patron that all he wanted to do was go home because he was so hungover. Club Charles (pictured), on the other hand, was as solid as ever, with arguably the city's best jukebox and a staff that actually seems to enjoy itself. Take notes, hungover dude.
