It’s time to do the Time Warp again.

Halloween season is the perfect time to see “The Rocky Horror Show” or “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” Several Connecticut venues are coming through with staged presentations of the camp horror classic, or of the 1975 Tim Curry-Susan Sarandon movie.

As any “Rocky Horror” fan knows, screenings of the film usually turn into live performances, either by the audience or by the floor show brought in to mirror the film, scene by scene. Even thought most venues have rules about the movie props, things still get wild. One thing most theaters have in common: They don’t recommend bringing young children to the show about the “Sweet Transvestite from Transsexual Transylvania.”
