So you think there’s no way to get tickets for the sold-out run of the world premiere of “Rear Window” at Hartford Stage starring Kevin Bacon?

Think again.

Every Monday the theater will determine how many of its “house seats” (tickets a theater reserves for itself) and standing-room tickets it can release for sale that week.

They’re estimating there could be 12 to 25 available each week, but the number could also be much smaller, or even zero, says marketing director David Henderson.

Henderson says ticket seekers stand the best chance of landing tickets online at hartfordstage.org, but these tickets also will be available at the box office at 50 Church St. or by calling 860-527-5151.

The production, now in previews, opens Friday, Oct. 30. The run continues through Nov. 15. Read Courant arts writer Frank Rizzo’s interview with Bacon here.
