At Kutztown Municpal Park

Reilly Costenbader, 10, of Oley, stares intently down Kutztown's Main Street hoping to see the bus carrying his father, Staff Sergeant, Keith Costenbader. He was patiently holding a giant sign with his brother that read, "Welcome Home Daddy". Members of Kutztown-based Charlie Company of the Stryker Brigade returned from Iraq Tuesday afternoon after a year in the combat zone. They were greeted by friends and family, who haven't seen them since January when they had a week leave for the holidays, at a celebration in Kutztown Municipal Park.
