Kronos Inc. leased 6,520 square feet of office space at Putnam Park, 100 Great Meadow Road, Wethersfield. The landlord is Putnam Park Associates. Colliers Dow & Condon handled the lease arrangements.

Elien Corp. leased 10,000 square feet at 125 McKee St., East Hartford, to build drainage systems. Colliers Dow & Condon represented the tenant and landlord, M&G; Associates.

Kids Academy Child Care Center leased a 6,154-square-foot building at 27 Ellington Road, South Windsor, from Finance Discount Co. The tenant plans to run a day-care and pre-school center at the site. Colliers Dow & Condon represented both parties.

The Money Store leased 3,500 square feet of office space at 2080 Silas Deane Highway, Rocky Hill. Kuzmak-Williams LLC represented the tenant. Farley Whittier Partners represented the landlord, Stephen D. Fish.

Richey Electronics leased 3,000 square feet of office space at 4 Fairfield Blvd., Central Office Park, Wallingford. Kuzmak-Williams LLC represented the tenant and landlord, New England Mutual Life Insurance Co.

Emerald Hills Associates LLC, of Chicago, purchased the 78-unit Emerald Hills Apartments on Old Foxon Road, East Haven, for $1.45 million. The seller was New Haven Savings Bank. Witten Commercial Real Estate Investment Services was the sole broker.

VMS leased 1,540 square feet of office space at Prospect West, 67 Prospect Ave., West Hartford, from 67 Prospect Street LLC. Colliers Dow & Condon represented both parties.

Airtouch Paging leased 24,754 square feet of office space at Riverview Square II, East Hartford, for its regional office. Colliers Dow & Condon and Colliers Pinkard of Atlanta represented the tenant and landlord, Beckenstein Enterprises.
