BRISTOL — After Simsbury's opening game in the American Legion state tournament Saturday, Pete Myers admitted his nerves had gotten the best of him. He was jumpy.

FOX CT Student News, FSN, is a nationally recognized student-centered program designed to give students real-world experiences in multimedia journalism and production.

The program is part of WTIC's long term commitment to promote excellence in education for all children and youth and is free of charge to Connecticut Middle and High Schools.

FSN is an in-depth comprehensive program that is directly involved with schools. Student teams consisting of reporter, producer, editors and videographers produce multimedia news reports.

These reports feature stories and events that are of interest to students or have an impact on them.
