POSITION: P/T Production Technician

ROLE: Serve in a variety of production crew positions during live and taped, studio and remote productions

POSITION: P/T Production Technician
DEPARTMENT: Production
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
ROLE: Serve in a variety of production crew positions during live and taped, studio and remote productions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate robotic, studio, and remote cameras
- Perform floor manager duties during live and taped productions
- Operate teleprompter
- Operate tape machines for both playback and record
- Operate Jib camera and Steadi cam
- Assist in set and light of both studio and remote projects
- Regular maintenance of studio facilities and remote equipment
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year studio and/or remote production experience with a broadcast or production facility
- Demonstrated ability to perform all responsibilities for both live and taped productions
- Knowledge of studio lighting techniques desirable
