REPORTS TO: Online Sales Manager

ROLE: Generate revenue on the local sales level through selling digital products to direct retailers, agency business and regional accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Selling digital advertising campaigns to existing accounts
  • New business development
  • Maximize revenue generated from current business
  • Service existing clients
  • In person sales calls/presentations
  • Ability to work as a market consultant
  • Written sales presentations
  • Interdepartmental follow-through
  • Post sale paperwork and internal completion
  • Knowledge of web & mobile products, traffic, rates, competitors
  • Accurate projections of revenue account list will generate
  • Position requires performance of other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Background in media
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communications skills, in person and phone
  • Working relationship with Connecticut businesses and regional advertising agencies preferred
  • Team player
  • Self-motivator, goal oriented
  • Must have valid CT drivers license and own transportation
  • Strong computer skills
  • Developed organizational skills
REVENUE/BUDGETARY/STAFF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Responsible for a portion of the established Online Sales Department's budget.
  • Responsible to maximize revenue generation from the assigned account list
